Ramsey, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, inspections, commissioning, performance contracting, development, purchasing, measurement and verification, quality assurance, and consulting. Throughout his career, Terry collaborated with prominent organizations like General Electric, Caterpillar, Johnson Controls, Appalachian Power, Dominion Power, and many more. His dedication to excellence and results-driven approach laid the foundation for a company committed to providing high-quality services to public and private institutions, including the Virginia Military Institute (VMI).

As CullenFrank continues to grow, so does our vision. We are expanding not only in scope but also in expertise, building a team of highly qualified professionals with diverse backgrounds in project management, facilities management, performance contracting, commissioning, quality assurance, development, and technology.
